Some people say it is rude fo fav something without leaving comments. I almost never comment on other people's works for several reasons.

1) Although I dabble in drawing, painting, and writing (and theatre as well) I don't really consider myself an artist. I don't have the knowledge to offer meaningfull praise or criticism.

2) I hate to post anything unless I have read through all the previous comments and well I usually don't have time to read 8+ pages of comments. I suppose its a psychological quirk or something.

3) If I like a work enough to Fav it that pretty much says it all right there. If I like enough of an artists works I Watch them as well. Adding a "Hey I really like this!" on top of that is redundant. Being a programmer by trade I hate redundancy! Simplicity and efficiency are the way to go.
